Refund Policy

​Blackett Media is committed to providing high-quality marketing services that meet the needs of our clients. Our refund policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness, in accordance with applicable laws in Manitoba, Canada.

1. General Refund Policy
Our refund policy applies to all services provided by Blackett Media. We strive to deliver services that meet or exceed client expectations, but we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued in specific circumstances. The following conditions apply:


   - Prepaid Services: If services have been prepaid but not yet rendered, a refund will be issued for the unused portion of the services.


   - Non-Delivery of Services: If Blackett Media is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services within the timeframe specified in the contract due to circumstances within its control, a refund may be issued.


   - Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, we encourage you to communicate your concerns within 7 days of receiving the services. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or offer a partial refund if appropriate. Please note that a full refund is not guaranteed in such cases.

3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us in writing at info@blackettmedia.ca or through our request a refund form with the following details:
   - Your name and contact information
   - A description of the services provided
   - The reason for the refund request
   - Any relevant supporting documentation (such as correspondence, contracts, or invoices)
   We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. If eligible, a refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

4. Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued for:
   - Services that have been fully completed and delivered as per the terms of the contract.
   - Digital products, including but not limited to reports, designs, or content that has already been provided.
   - Work that has been started and is in progress (unless otherwise agreed upon in writing).

5.Compliance with Manitoba Laws
This refund policy complies with all applicable consumer protection laws in Manitoba, Canada, including the Consumer Protection Act and other relevant provincial regulations. If you have any concerns or disputes regarding this policy, you may contact the Manitoba Consumer Protection Office for further assistance.
